Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the development of the preliminary design for construction design, supply of materials and equipment, and construction of the Webb Street stormwater infrastructure works associated with (but external to) the new Parkes Shire Council's Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
The scope of works to be performed by the successful Contractor awarded the Webb Street Stormwater Infrastructure Works includes, but is not limited to, the scope detailed with the Tender Documents and as outlined within the preliminary design, drawings, and specification for the works which is provided as the Principal's Project Requirements
With regards the onsite works, the Contractor will be required to work in accordance with PSC's HSECQ Management requirements as outlined within the Tender documents.
Equipment and materials required for the construction will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract, other than material specifically nominated within as free issue.
A detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 3 - Specifications of this Tender document.
A mandatory Tender Briefing / Site Inspection will be held as per the details provided in the table below:

Description: Parks Victoria wishes to procure the construction of:
A walking track upgrade to AS 2156.1-2001 Class 4 standard, on sections of the existing Mt Difficult walking track.
The main tasks are to install rock steps and flagstone paving using local rock. Install new rock drains, undertake some minor trail realignments, trail reforming and benching. All rock material can be sourced on site.
The scope of works includes:
Upgrading existing Mt Difficult walking track from WP 1 to WP 34 (5577 Lin. m).
Track work includes the installation of:
· 3509 Lin m of track definition
· 77 new rock steps
· 181 Lin m of flagstone paving
· 80 Lin m of trail realignment
· 445 stone pitched steps
· 33 stepping stones
· 8.3 m3 Retaining wall
· 40 Lin m of track re-benching

Description: The Department of Education and Training (the Department) is seeking to engage suitably qualified audit firms (Service Provider) to deliver the following assurance arrangements:
· Arrangement A - one co-sourced Service Provider for the delivery of the Portfolio Internal Audit Plan and other services as prescribed in Appendix A
· Arrangement B - Service Provider(s) for the delivery of the School Council Financial Assurance (SCFA) program through an 'agreed upon procedures' (AUP) approach as prescribed in Appendix B
· Arrangement C - two to three Service Providers for the delivery of ad-hoc audits/reviews (corporate and schools) as required as prescribed in Appendix C.
The contract period will be for three years with the option of two 12-month extensions at the Department's discretion.
Responses are invited from Service Providers demonstrating their ability to conduct the assurance activities under the above three arrangements. The Service Providers can submit tender responses for all arrangements (A, B and C) or for the number of arrangements as preferred.
The Department will award contracts for each arrangement with service providers. One service provider will not be selected for more than one arrangement.
The Department seeks to identify for each arrangement, Service Providers that are:
· able to provide all of the services required by the Department
· capable of, and committed to, working in collaboration with the Department over the term of the contract to improve the value, efficiency and quality of the services delivered.

HORTICULTURE INNOVATION AUSTRALIA. AUSTRALIA FRESH COLLABORATIVE MARKET DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (AM15004).
Hort Innovation is seeking proposals from suitability experienced and qualified firms interested in partnering with Hort Innovation to deliver a multi country, multi industry coordinated export development programme.
This Australia Fresh Collaborative Market Development Programme is aligned to the Market Development strategic pillar and is an investment program for regional, state or commodity specific organisations that are responsible for the market development of Australian horticulture produce.
The aim of the Programme is to support organisations in creating customer loyalty and sustainable market growth, through investment that presents a collaborative and united 'horticulture food basket' through aligned programs to the overarching Australia Fresh Programme. The cumulative impact of these regional and commodity programs delivers ongoing value for the geographic location or specific industry, while delivering multi industry and national trade outcomes.
The Programme is open to Australian organisations responsible for the market development of Australian horticulture produce, that wish to collaborate with Hort Innovation in the development and implementation of an effective mix of market development activities that deliver measurable results.
The following list of co-funding eligible activities will apply for organisations wishing to participate in the programme:
· Tradeshows where there is an Australia Fresh Pavilion
· One Tradeshow outside of partnering with the Australia Fresh Pavilion
· One In-bound education/buyer Trade Mission (delivered in conjunction with Australia Fresh).
· One Out-bound Education Market Visit (delivered in conjunction with Australia Fresh).
· Trade communication development (delivered in conjunction with Hort Innovation communications channels).
