Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 73,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified & experienced contractors for the provision of Under Boring Services to Coffs Harbour City Council's Business Unit 'CitySmart Solutions' undertaking project work throughout NSW.
This panel contract is for a period of 2 years with a possible 1 year option.
In addition Council is seeking tenders for a specific under boring project in Muswellbrook which is proposed to commence in March 2018 and be completed by May 2018.
Excluded from this tender is under ROAD boring in Coffs Harbour which is under an existing panel contract.

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box which is preferred (see details below), using the Schedules in attached Returnables document. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders close at 3.30pm on Tuesday 6th March 2018 and submissions must be fully uploaded by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

Tender: Parkes Shire Council Environmental Site Inspections, New South Wales, closes 07/03/2018 2:00 p.m. NSW ...

Parkes Shire Council (PSC) requests quotations from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Technical Support Services - Environmental Management Site Inspections associated with Council's Major Infrastructure Projects including the new Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), the Parkes Recycled Water Scheme (RWS) and any other projects progressed by the Parkes Project Management Office (PMO).
The Environmental Management Site Inspection Support Services shall cover a period of 12 months based on 2 site inspections per month, and as a minimum, the following scope of services shall be undertaken:
Site inspection/s, review all REFs and background documents, the Contractors Design and Environmental Management documents, Authority Regulator approval documents, and ISCA Infrastructure Sustainability performance criteria; in order to ensure the environmental management aspects of the infrastructure projects are in line with good industry practices, are correctly implemented and are compliant.
Provide on-going environmental management - site inspection and reporting support as required, including fortnightly site inspections (one day), during the construction and commissioning phases of the infrastructure projects, through to end February 2019.
Provide environmental management support as required to ensure compliance, including auditing, reporting, de-briefing, closing-out actions, associated with Contractors project environmental and/or sustainability management systems.
Attend, via teleconference or in person, weekly Environmental Management Co-ordination meetings.
Nominate Value Add support services.
It is preferred that the service provider can offer flexible delivery of site inspections such that scheduling can vary with need, allowing more frequent inspections to be conducted during more intensive or high-risk periods of construction, with the net sum of inspections balanced out by less-frequent inspections at other times.
The non- mandatory briefing teleconference will be held on Tuesday 20 February 2018 commencing at 2.00pm AEST teleconference numbers and participants codes please refer to the RFQ.
Quotations shall be submitted and accepted only via Tenderlink. Tender questions shall be raised via the on-line forum only.
Submissions close at 2pm Wednesday 7 March 2018. At the time of closing only those Quotations received on time will be considered.
