ABOUT LIVERPOOL: Liverpool is a suburb of South West Sydney, 32 kilometres from the Sydney Central Business District. The Liverpool Local Government Area covers 305 square kilometres and includes 42 suburbs from Greendale to Holsworthy. Liverpool still consists of semi-rural areas but also has an expanding and vibrant City Centre where major commercial and retail opportunities exist. Liverpool City's current population is 200,000. Liverpool's population is expected to reach 228,000 by 2020.
ABOUT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT: Council intends to enter into a contract for the design and construction of a truck wash basin at Council's Depot located at 101 Rose Street, Liverpool 2170.
ON SITE INSPECTION: A site inspection/briefing will be held at 10am on Wednesday 28 February 2018.

Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply: Bitumen, Emulsions and Asphalt Materials and Services.

This offer has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the supply and laying of asphalt pavement to a section of Kennedy Dr and a section of Darlington Dr. All of the works involve profiling, placing asphalt pavement and asphalt surfacing.
The approximate quantity of asphalt for Kennedy Dr is 2970 tonnes for Kennedy Dr and 2490 tonnes for Darlington Dr pending to the Superintendent's confirmation.
