ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

SERVICE REQUIRED:
As part of the Capital Works Program for 2017/18, Council is undertaking major works for construction services for a new sports amenities building at North Narrabeen Reserve, Warriewood.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the prescribed works including the construction of amenities, kiosk, common room, breezeway, storage rooms and all associated works including but not limited to services connection and external works.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided and a mandatory pre-tender briefing is attended.

PRE-TENDER BRIEFING:
A mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held at the North Narrabeen Reserve (near the baseball field next to the carpark). Tenderers should ensure they review the tender documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing. (See Part A5 - Conditions of Tender for details).
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 2pm on 22nd March 2018 and must be fully received by this time.
LODGEMENT:
Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.

The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Lance Preschool and Childcare Centre Playground Upgrade.
The successful tenderer will be required to upgrade the playground at Lance Preschool and Childcare Centre (37 High Street, Millers Point NSW). Works include staged removal and upgrade of existing playground. The preschool is to remain operational during construction.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

Tender Overview: The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new classroom block (Block Q) at The Gap State High School, located at 1020 Waterworks Road, The Gap Qld 4061 (Brisbane Metropolitan area) as part of the Six Full Cohort (6FC) program.
The new building is three levels and contains 7 classrooms, 4 science labs, 2 robotics labs, 3 flexible learning area, amenities, staff rooms and associated spaces as well as the refurbishment of two classrooms in Block A. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by November 2018.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with certified Third Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
