ABOUT GEORGES RIVER COUNCIL:
On 12 May 2016 Georges River Council was proclaimed and comprises of the former Hurstville City Council and the former Kogarah City Council. Combined the new Local Government Area has 149,000 residents, covers 43 square kilometres and comprises of 21 suburbs within the 5 wards: Blakehurst, Hurstville, Kogarah Bay, Mortdale and Peakhurst. Council's customers come from across a vast diversity that includes residents, visitors, businesses, government and non-government agencies.
ABOUT THE RFT:
Georges River Council invites responses to its Request for Tender from highly experienced and qualified civil contractors who are specialised in concrete construction works (kerb, guttering, traffic devices and footpaths), paving, minor stormwater drainage works and minor asphalt pavement works. The term of this contract is for a term of up to three years with the option to extend that period for two additional 12-month periods.
ENQUIRIES:

CITY OF PARRAMATTA INVITATION TO TENDER No. ITT 8/2018 After hours call centre
ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a broad range of services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprising a population of approximately 230,000 people. The City is experiencing unprecedented growth and has recently undergone major amalgamation process.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Tenders are invited to provide After hours call centre services to City of Parramatta.
The intention is to engage a contractor for a three-year contract to answer any calls received after the normal business hours including weekends, public holidays and during periods of time when the customer contact centre are offline (e.g. team meetings etc.).
City of Parramatta Council's normal business hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, excluding public holidays.
The tenderer will be required to provide the following services:
· Log and answer all the inbound calls received outside of City of Parramatta's normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays
· Have the capacity to take overflow calls during periods of time when Council are offline during normal business hours, e.g. team meetings
· Determine the priority of these calls based on a provided priority definition
· Make contact with appropriate Council staff, (from a provided contact list), immediately for any emergency calls (priority one calls)
· Send daily call reports which include all the priority one, priority two and priority three calls to Council on the next working day
· Provide fully auditable statistical analysis reports on a weekly basis
· Follow Council procedures provided including the creation of service requests via our online services portal.
· Have the capability to have all calls recorded

ABOUT THE TENDER: Tenders are invited from organisations capable of meeting Port of Newcastle's Raven Street and Denison Street Electrical Upgrades.
The Port of Newcastle is reconfiguring the existing networks at the two sites. Both projects comprise both contestable and private installation components.
Denison Street, Carrington:
Port of Newcastle is reconfiguring the existing network, the works will involve the installation of a new Ausgrid owned kiosk transformer and Port of Newcastle owned Main LV Switchboard. The proposed main switchboard will service the entire site including the existing tenant Svitzer.
Currently there are three Ausgrid 11000/415V kiosks on site including:
- 21514 - which services the existing tenant Svitzer
- 28465 - currently de-energised and redundant
- 28461 - currently de-energised and redundant
After the proposed installation the three existing kiosks on site will become redundant. Port of Newcastle assume the costs of removing kiosk 21514 as per the completed contestable project and Ausgrid will be responsible for removing kiosk 28465 and 28461.
Raven Street, Kooragang:
Currently the J Steel site, lot 151 Raven Street is supplied from the existing Ausgrid 33kV network via a 33kV / 415 V 315kVA Port of Newcastle owned pole top transformer connected to a 415V distribution board with a 400A main switch.
Due to the location of the pole top transformer and Ausgrid owned 33kV overhead lines being well within the property boundary it is the preference of both Ausgrid and Port of Newcastle to relocate the point of supply back towards the main 33kV network. The works will involve the provision of new electrical supplies to Lots 152 & 153 DP1202458 whilst maintaining supply to Lot 151.

SITE INSPECTION: A mandatory site inspection meeting will be held for Primary Bidders only at the Sites on Tuesday 20 March 2018 at 10am. Confirmation of attendance must be made in accordance with the Request for Tender.

Watsons Pty Ltd, Consulting Group, in a Development Partnership Deed with South East Water and 1425 Blueways Pty Ltd, invites suitably qualified contractors to lodge a tender for the following contract:
Construction of approximately 500LM of 225 mm diameter PVC and PE water main and 500 LM of 225 mm diameter PVC and PE recycled water main.
Applicants must have South East Water accreditation or be suitably qualified and willing to achieve accreditation status and will be required to enter into a contract with 1425 Blueways Pty Ltd and be able to commence works in June 2018.
