Tender Details: Roads and Maritime Services is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the Construction of Lansdowne Bridge, near Goulburn.
This contract is for the construction of roadwork, bridgework, retaining walls and other structures, services and all associated construction activities for the construction of the new Lansdowne Bridge and road approaches.

The project is jointly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments.
The head contractor must be prequalified with Roads and Maritime Services for roadwork at Category R3, Bridgework at B3 and Financial Category F10, or higher, under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts and be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the principal the capacity to undertake the work for the tendered price. Other prequalification requirements apply for components of the work.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 19 April 2018, at the Mercure Goulburn, 2 Lockyer Street, Goulburn, NSW 2580. A site inspection will be held immediately following the pre-tender meeting. Attendance at this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

BLAND SHIRE COUNCIL. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - 2018/02 UNGARIE FLOODPLAIN RISK MANAGEMENT STUDY & PLAN.
Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable applicants to develop a draft floodplain risk management plan for the study area. Consultants should complete the Proposal documents listed below.
All information called for in the briefing documents must be supplied. Where an alternative Proposal is offered the Consultant is to submit alternative Proposal schedules where the information submitted for the conforming Proposal will differ from the alternative.
The Consultant is to clearly identify each schedule and the alternative to which it applies (see Part B, Section B2.4).
Listed below are the Proposal documents which must be lodged with the Proposal.
· Attachment A - Fee Proposal Form - Returnable Schedule
· Attachment B - Hourly Rates For Study Team - Returnable Schedule
· Attachment C - Cost Schedule - Returnable Schedule the Outline Plan for the Work
Short Curriculum Vitae for all personnel nominated in the proposal showing only experience relevant to the project In submitting the Expression of Interest, the following is assumed to have been agreed: Services will only occur if the contractor is compliant in relation to WHS and Insurance requirements; That quotes based on the submitted rates will be issued within a week of request by Bland Shire Council; That, if the quotes based on the rates are accepted, the works will commence within three weeks of the acceptance date; (unless otherwise agreed by Council) The works will be completed within a reasonable time frame. Expressions of Interest close: 10:00am Tuesday 15 May 2018.
