ABOUT THE TENDERER: Goldenfields Water is a single-purpose county council that has been responsible for providing water supply services to many communities in the South West Slopes and Riverina regions of NSW. Currently Goldenfields Water supplies all drinking water directly to the almost 11,000 rural, residential, commercial and other properties in the local government areas of Bland, Coolamon, Junee, Temora and parts of Cootamundra-Gundagai and Narrandera.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Goldenfields Water is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the replacement of the internal coating and repair works to one steel reservoir together with the replacement of internal and external coatings and repair works to another steel reservoir.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting is to be held on Tuesday 15 May 2018, with notification due by close of business Friday 11 May 2018.

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The Northern Beaches Council is the formation of the merging of Manly, Pittwater and Warringah councils. It marks a new era and a period of exciting transformation. The new Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.
Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.
SERVICE REQUIRED:
Community Centre Strategy
Council has 41 Community Centres available for hire. At present the portfolio is inconsistent in their asset condition, not necessarily in best locations, and it is unknown if they are meeting the wider community needs for now and into the future.
Council is undertaking to complete this strategy in order to provide a framework for the strategic and operational management of the Northern Beaches Community Centres. This project will investigate the current community centre business and the future needs of the community in relation to community centre usage.
Council's objective is to provide and support the centres to be active and inclusive places according to the Community Strategic Plan. A well-managed network of modern, compliant accessible community centres helps to bring communities together, and will achieve the wider objectives of creating a safe, inclusive and connected community.
Northern Beaches Council is seeking a suitably qualified consulting firm to develop a Strategic Plan for the Northern Beaches Council Community Centres.
The consultant is to develop a framework for the strategic and operational management of the Northern Beaches Community Centres. This project will investigate the current community centre business, including both Council and non-Council buildings available for hire, and the future needs of the community in relation to community centre usage.
The Contract term will be approximately 8 months with the expected commencement of works in June 2018 and the expected completion of works by February 2019.

Georges River Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design and construct the Myles Dunphy Reserve Boardwalk in Oatley.
The project involves the design and construction of a new boardwalk and access stairs which will cross the reserve and enable access between Waratah Street and Woronara Parade.

SUMMARY: North Western Melbourne PHN (NWMPHN) wishes to engage a provider to build and deliver an integrated communications campaign, with the aim to influence the community's behaviour when determining after hours health care options, if faced with a non-urgent health issue. This includes promoting NWMPHN's commissioned after hours services and programs.
ABOUT THE TENDERER: The NWMPHN catchment covers approximately 3,200 km2 across the north western region of Melbourne and includes, but is not limited to, Bacchus Marsh, Craigieburn, Gisborne, Little River, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Preston, Sunbury and Werribee. By population reach, we are Victoria's largest PHN.
A core remit of the organisation is to improve health outcomes for communities by fostering innovation, leveraging and coordinating existing community and organisational assets, and driving value for money.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Increasing consumer awareness of afterhours primary health care available in the community, and improving patient health literacy on the appropriate health services to access in the afterhours period, is an objective of NWMPHN's after hours program.
The afterhours period is defined as:
Before 8:00am and after 6:00pm weekdays.
Before 8:00am and after 12:00pm Saturdays.
All day Sundays and public holidays.
NWMPHN wishes to engage a provider to undertake the following:
· Work with NWMPHN to develop 'key messages' around after hours health care decision making, and determine appropriate NWMPHN funded services to promote
· Undertake pre-campaign work to determine the level of the public's understanding of the available after hours primary health care options
· Develop a communication campaign strategy / plan
· Implement communications campaign
· Evaluate the communications campaign
