ABOUT CAMPBELLTOWN
Campbelltown City: A city of Ambition, Opportunity and Innovation.
Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced organisation to deliver an overarching CBD Integrated master planning eco-system and also including a Campbelltown City Wide Economic Development Strategy. The CBD Integrated master planning ecosystem will deliver the facilitation of the Council's final endorsed Vision for the Reimagining Campbelltown CBD. There are a number of precincts within this CBD study area, and the overarching suite of tools and plans need to ensure that these precincts are master planned as a comprehensive and complementary "whole" city centre.

ABOUT THE RFT: Landfill Gas Services. The Contract offered to the Successful Tenderer(s) will be for the furnishing all plant, qualified labour, equipment and materials, and performing all tasks and operations as required or described in the 'Specification' to design and construct, operate and maintain the Landfill Gas Services.

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 230,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
ABOUT THE TENDER:
City of Parramatta is seeking to engage experienced consultants to prepare a Master Plan for the future use of Dence Park, Epping. The selected consultants will need demonstrated experience in preparing Master Plans for community land containing: aquatic facilities, buildings, community facilities, and active and passive recreational spaces. The completion of similar projects within a local government context is desirable.
The Master Plan will review and make recommendations for the entire park, including:
· Epping Aquatic and Leisure Centre
· Epping Creative Centre
· Site and facility access
· Open space / public domain
· Other potential future site uses

Council has recently undertaken to create a brand and city identity for the City of Campbelltown - an identity that means something not only to the local community, but more broadly is an aspirational identity for future potential residents, businesses and investors.
