Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to supply qualified skilled labour and equipment to install, repair and maintain electrical services to Council buildings.
Tenders shall be submitted on the standard Tender form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the Town's website at
www.victoriapark.wa.gov.au or collected from the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Rd, Victoria Park between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
All tender submissions should be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and tender title addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No 437, Victoria Park WA 6979. Alternatively, sealed tenders can be lodged in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Town of Victoria Park Administration Office, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100 or submitted online (see option below). Tenders must be received on or before 2.00PM (WST) 10 July 2018.

DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE. PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR INSTITUTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE (PFMP-II).

Description: The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade ('Department'), invites Tenders for the provision of Public Financial Management Program for Institutions and Infrastructure (PFMP-II), in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
The Australian Government aims to help build the foundations for economic growth and build stronger institutions for transparent and accountable governance in the Philippines. To support these objectives, the Australian Government will invest $36.0 million over six years for the Public Financial Management Program for Institutions and Infrastructure (PFMP-II or 'the Program') which seeks to contribute to the delivery of safe and accessible infrastructure for inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the Philippines. Approximately $34.2 million will be managed by the Managing Contractor while the remaining $1.8 million will be managed by DFAT.
PFMP-II will work with the Government of the Philippines oversight agencies and infrastructure spending agencies to trial and/or demonstrate new practices and ideas that contribute to a strengthened environment for government expenditure and investment in public infrastructure.
The intermediate outcomes for the Program are:
· Targeted national (and provincial if included) government agencies commit to using strengthened budget, procurement, organisational, and safeguard systems for public infrastructure delivery; and
· Selected private sector partners adopt innovative approaches to public infrastructure delivery.
A more detailed description of the Services required by the Department can be found in the Statement of Requirements in Part 3: Draft Contract.
Other Instructions: The Contract arising from this RFT will be subject to Philippine Government approval.
An Industry Briefing will be held in Manila, on the 3 July, dates times and venues will be confirmed and notified via an Addendum.
Conditions for Participation:
(a) The Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
(b) The Tenderer must not be listed on the World Bank List or any similar List maintained by a development donor or is the subject of an informal investigation or temporary suspension which could lead the Tenderer becoming so listed;
(c) The Tenderer must not be subject to an adverse Court or Tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of any workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers' compensation law, or if the Tenderer is subject, that the Tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal order; and
(d) The Tenderer agrees to contract as a single legal entity.
Timeframe for Delivery: Initial period of 4 years 2019-2022 with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years until 2024.

Description: The Commonwealth is seeking to form a panel of members capable of supplying their own vessel/s and/or source vessel/s of varying sizes and capabilities in order to facilitate movements of cargo, and possibly passengers, by sea, as well as performing various sea-borne tasks.
Contractors engaged under the Panel would normally move small volumes of ADF and other Commonwealth stores and equipment by sea as well as performing a number of various maritime tasks in Australian waters. This expected work is likely to be predominantly along the east coast of Australia, and to a lesser extent between Australia and Papua New Guinea and in Western Australia.
Strategic requirements to support annual or biennial military exercises such as Talisman Sabre may necessitate an increase in the amount of cargo to be transported in a single movement.
Conditions for Participation: Clause 2.4 of the Draft Deed - Defence Security Requirements.
Timeframe for Delivery: Expected commencement date of the Panel is 27 August 2018.
