CITY OF PARRAMATTA, INVITATION TO TENDER No. ITT 15/2018 Work, Health and Safety Management Services for Property Development Group
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 230,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
City of Parramatta is currently seeking tenders from experienced Work, Health and Safety (WHS) organisations to assist the Property Development Group with its WHS obligations for a period of three years.
Organisations that have following experience will be considered only:
Working on significant developments and construction sites larger than $100M
Company will need to hold the relevant ISO certification in WH&S and Quality Assurance
Demonstrated understanding and methodology to Health, Safety and Environment management systems within NSW
About the tender:
Set-up and establish appropriate management systems
Provide gap analysis and compliance advice, including SafeWork issues
Manage safety risk audits
Liaise with key stakeholders and site superintendents on development projects, including regular site safety meetings
Provide professional advice and responses to safety risk for significant tenders.

* kerb and gutter reconstruction (two programs)
* footpath reconstruction (five programs)

Western Water is seeking a contractor to design and construct a solar photovoltaic array (500kW) at Melton Recycled Water Plant (RWP). The array will reduce the amount of electricity that is purchased form the grid during daylight hours. This will result in a reduction of Western Water greenhouse gas emissions.
ABOUT THE TENDERER: The Tenderer is responsible for all works associated with the solar installation, and the appointment and management of all trades and sub-trades for the successful completion of works.
ABOUT THE TENDER: This RFT comprises the following sections:
(a) RFT Part A - Conditions of Tendering sets out the rules applying to the RFT documents and to the Tendering Process. These rules are deemed to be accepted by all Tenderers and by all persons having received or obtained the RFT.
(b) RFT Part B - Project Specification describes the Goods and/or Services in respect of which the Principal invites Tenders from interested persons.
(c) RFT Part C - Proposed Contract specifies how the Principal desires the Goods and/or Services set out in the RFT Part B to be provided.
(d) RFT Part D - Tenderer's Response specifies the information to be provided in a Tender and may also specify any information to be provided by a Tenderer by other means. RFT Part D may include templates to be completed and included in a Tender.
