Tender: RFT 1865 - Build & Delivery of the 2019 Sydney Chinese New Year Zodiac Lanterns, New South Wales, closes 11/09/2018 11:00 a.m. NSW ...

The Sydney Chinese New Year Festival has grown to become one of the largest celebrations of the Lunar New Year outside of Asia. The Festival started in 1995 as a modest community street market and has now transformed to include a large scale city-wide exhibition of Zodiac lanterns that inspire, excite and amuse local and international audiences.
In 2019 we will celebrate the 'Year of the Pig' and the 23rd Anniversary of the Festival. It will also be the City's fourth year exhibiting larger than life Zodiac Lanterns across the Sydney CBD.
The 2019 Festival will be held from Friday 1st February to Sunday 10th February 2019 with the lanterns on exhibition for 10 days.
The Zodiac Lanterns form the major component of the Sydney Chinese New Year Festival which is supported by a curated community performance program and an extensive schedule of over 80 partnered events. Additionally the City produces the Dragon Boat Races at Darling Harbour.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached returnable forms. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. SYDNEY TRAINS & NSW TRAINS. CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING WORKS PANEL.

Tender Details: Sydney Trains intends to establish the following three prequalified panel tiers for various construction and building requirements.
· Tier 1: Construction & Building Works - Construction work valued $1M to $5M
· Tier 2: General Construction Works - Construction work valued $250K and $1M
· Tier 3: General Construction Works - Construction work valued up to $250K
The Panel will remain in place for an initial period of 36 months with extensions of two (2) further periods up to 24 months each, at Sydney Trains sole discretion.

Description: The South Australian Government is committed to advancing the public sector workforce to support its people and organisations to deliver the best outcomes for South Australia.
The Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment is working in partnership with SA Public Sector agencies to improve public sector performance and productivity through a better, more efficient way of managing people.
An important part of this work is to establish a panel of suppliers of Human Capital Management systems that will create a simpler and more effective framework to manage the South Australian Public Sector workforce.
The panel will comprise of suppliers who can provide modular and/or single platform Human Capital Management systems that cover:
· Recruitment
· Learning and Development
· Performance Management
· Talent Management
· Work Health and Safety
· Injury Management.
Briefing: As part of the tender process, the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment will hold an information briefing.
This briefing will give all potential respondents the opportunity to fully understand the requirements for the whole-of-South Australian Government Human Capital Management systems and the related procurement processes.
The intent of the briefing is to ensure all potential respondents are provided with the same information in relation to the procurement process, and have the opportunity to ask questions as part of the briefing process.
