Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Design and Construction of Replacement Reservoirs at Jerry's Plains and Whittingham.
REGISTRATION: Tender documents can be downloaded after registration has been completed (please see option below)
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum (please see option below).
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached word version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
PRE-TENDER MEETING: Mandatory pre-tender site meetings will be held on 11 September 2018 commencing at 10am AEST. Please refer to Conditions of Tendering for detailed instructions regarding meeting area and locations.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.30 pm AEST on Tuesday 25 September 2018 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit.

The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the construction of The Crescent at Johnstons Creek, Annandale.
The project incorporates landscape, remediation, civil, electrical and heritage conservation works over an area of approximately 1.5 hectares. Works include a new recreational space, skate park, playground, heritage conservations works to Glebe Railway Viaduct and minor civil works to Chapman Road.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

New Forests Asset Management Pty Limited is a leading sustainable real asset s investment manager, managing approximately $ 5 billion of assets and funds under management including over 940,000 hectares of forests and rural land, timber processing facilities, infrastructure, and conservation investments across Asia Pacific and the USA.
New Forests seeks qualified, capable , and experienced parties for a three-year contract with two phases of services across sustainable agriculture development and property management for a 28,000 - ha aggregation of high-quality agricultural properties located in western Victoria and southeast South Australia. Phase 1 includes delivery of a greenfield dairy design as well as project management an d construction oversight for a multi-site dairy operation. Phase 2 includes ongoing property management of the dairies as well as range of dairy, beef, sheep, and cropping property management services.
