Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply: Road and Traffic Signage, Associated Hardware and Roadside Products
1.SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS
LGP requires the following goods:
a) Standard Signage;
b) Non Standard Signage;
c) Associated Hardware and Accessories;
d) Gabions, Mattresses and Geosynthetics; and
e) Installation and Services.
Requirement 1 Standard Signage
1.2.1 Requirement 1 also known as Category 1 is for the supply of Standard Signage and refers to the supply of guide, hazard, warning and regulatory signs used in NSW.
1.2.2 These signs have specific requirements as determined by the applicable Australian Standard and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and are maintained on the RMS register.
Requirement 2 Non Standard Signage
1.3.1 Requirement 2 also known as Category 2 is for the supply of Non Standard Signs and refers to the supply of customised or special signs of varying dimensions, purpose and materials.
1.3.2 These may include but are not limited to street blades and city entry signs.
Requirement 3 Associated Hardware and Accessories
1.4.1 Requirement 3 also known as Category 3 includes but is not limited to the supply of Associated Hardware and Accessories and refers to the supply of those additional items necessary for installation or traffic management such as Delineators, Posts, Guide posts, Bases, Bollards (traffic specific), Brackets, braces, keys, bands, sockets, ails, Frames, Fencing and Traffic Diversion, Barrier Boards, Barriers (water filled), Barrier mesh, Guardrails, Barrier Tapes and chains, Cones and gables, Convex/parabolic mirrors, Work zone products, Safety lights, Speed humps, Rumble bars, Impact attenuators.
Requirement 4 Gabions, Mattresses and Geosynthetics
1.5.1 Requirement 4 also known as Category 4 includes but is not limited to the supply of Gabions, Mattresses and Geosynthetics (woven and non woven) and refers to the supply of Geotextiles, Geogrids, Geonets or Geospacers, Geomembranes, Geosynthetic Clay Liners, Geofoams, Geocells or Geocomposites used in the management of roadside areas such as Subsurface drainage, Roadway separation, Paving, Reinforcement, Erosion Control, Embankment Construction, Stabilisation and Retainment.
Requirement 5 Installation and Services
1.6.1 Requirement 5 also known as Category 5 includes but is not limited to the provision of Installation and Services inclusive of minor works such as the placement or a replacement and fitting of Deliverables procured under this arrangement at a designated site. Sites are deemed to be local roads under Customer authority.
1.6.2 This requirement is not a stand alone category and is only intended to compliment Categories 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Exclusion List
The following Deliverables are excluded from this contract unless provided in accordance with 10.1 Additional Services:
a) Line marking including the service, equipment and paint;
b) Leasing and/or hire options for machinery;
c) Roads and traffic consultancy;
d) Traffic Management Services e.g. labour hire, planning;
e) Vehicle speed detectors;
f) Variable signs;
g) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); and
h) Major Installation Services*.

ITT 45/2018 Design and Construction of a New Synthetic Grass Soccer Field at Rydalmere Park
ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 230,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
ABOUT THE TENDER:
Tenders are invited from experienced civil engineering and landscaping contractors for the Design, Documentation and Construct (DD&C) of a FIFA 1 Pitch Standard synthetic playing surface for Field 3 at Rydalmere Park, Park Road, Rydalmere. The project involves the construction and installation of the FIFA Pitch Standard synthetic playing surface for Field 3 and the associated civil and earth works, infrastructure upgrade which includes (but not limited to) new concrete footpaths, fences and the relocation of the existing light poles and spectator seating.
A final decision will be made regarding this Tender late December 2018, with works anticipated to commence January 2019.
No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to

Tender Details: NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) is offering via a public tender a contract for the design and construction of an offshore artificial reef in the Wollongong region.
The primary objective of this project is the design, construct and deployment a purpose built 'pinnacle' style artificial reef to create new high quality fishing opportunities for recreational fishers. The artificial reef modules will be of a design that will:
· be a stable, free standing and open shaped;
· made from steel with dimensions not to exceed: 12 metres (high) x 12 metres (wide) x 15 metres (long) with a minimum of 2 standalone modules and a maximum of 4.
· create shade and modified water flow;
· provide complex habitat for nearshore finfish species, for example: snapper and yellowtail kingfish;
· will operate effectively in a mobile sand substrate environment;
· have a minimum life span of 30 years;
· be designed to withstand a 1 in 100 year storm event; and
· be fabricated in accordance with all appropriate Australian Standards.
The location of the reef site will be supplied by NSW DPI and is to be verified by DGPS and confirmed by DPI staff prior to deployment commencing.
Estimated Timeframe for Delivery: 140 days.

Tender Details: The Nelligen Bridge Replacement Project involves construction of a new 330m long precast concrete Super-T girder bridge over the Clyde River, on MR51 - Kings Highway, at Nelligen NSW.
The project also involves the construction of upgraded approaches on both sides of the new bridge and the demolition of the existing Nelligen Bridge. Work will be delivered under a GC21 construct only quality assurance contract.
Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Road and Maritime Services under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Bridgeworks Category B4, Roadworks Category R3, or higher and Financial Level F50, or higher.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 1st November 2018 in Batemans Bay, NSW. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
