ABOUT CAMPBELLTOWN

Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.

Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for installation and maintenance services of Council's security alarm systems.

Council currently has 96 alarmed facilities which require ongoing maintenance. The facilities have a mixture of dialler and IP based connections.

Council control the connections and programming using Security Commander software.

The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Landscape Works and Sports Field and Park Turfing Schedule of Rates
The Contract will form a panel of approved contractors and be based on schedules of rates. The term of the Contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with an option, at the City's discretion for an additional period of two (2) years.
The tenderer will be required to undertake minor landscape renewal/ upgrade works and turfing works on a schedule of rates basis. Works will contribute to the continual improvement of City of Sydney managed parks and open spaces within the Local Government Area.
Works include, but are not limited to: Professional services; Preliminaries; Demolition, removal and site preparation; Pavements; Edging; Structures; Park furniture; Soft landscaping, planting and plant establishment; Turfing; and/or Sports field and turf works.
The successful tenderers shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, plant and managerial resources necessary to conduct the services.

The tenderer will be required to deliver consultancy services for the City of Sydney's property portfolio. The property portfolio consists of over 220 properties valued at over $2 Billion, ranging from community facilities; depots; corporate and commercial space, public domain leases; and investment properties in commercial and retail assets.
The tenderer will be required to inspect and test Essential Fire Safety Measures, undertake Condition Audits and provide consultancy for services such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire and structural engineering.

ABOUT GEORGES RIVER COUNCIL:

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 230,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER:
The City of Parramatta Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an online booking system solution. The proposed solution will allow internal and external customers to view available venues, facilities and resources, submit booking reservations and complete payments associated with the booking reservation.

The online booking system solution will be implemented at a new multi-use facility due to open in mid-2019. Following this, it is anticipated that the proposed solution will be expanded and made available to other areas of the business within Council.

EOI submissions must meet the requirements identified in the EOI 53/2018 document.

Council will host a pre-tender meeting on Wednesday 28 November 2018.

This will provide Proponents with the opportunity to ask questions and seek more information pertaining to the EOI.
