PURPOSE: Panel tender Trade Services to Warrumbungle Shire Council on an 'as required' basis for a period of 22 months from 1 September 2018 to 30 June 2020 with provision for a 1 year option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the general conditions.
This tender shall have 5 categories of trade services:
· Plumbing
· Electrical A/C
· Carpenters
· Concreters
· Painters
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time-frames.
Invitation: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the TenderLink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 12 June 2018.
For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.

Description: The Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the provision of:
· civil design and land clearing services; and
· the demolition of two concrete saltwater storage tanks at the Cape Cleveland site (50 km south of Townsville).
The land area to be cleared is approximately 1 hectare and will enable the installation of a solar photo-voltaic (PV) system.
Two 455,000 litre concrete saltwater storage tanks have reached the end of their useful life and are required to be demolished.

A site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday 29 May 2018 at 2.00 pm local time in Qld. Tenderers who wish to attend the inspection must send an email to with contact details of participants to confirm attendance.

Conditions for Participation: The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy the condition for participation as follows:
· the Tenderer must not have had an adverse decision, direction or order made by a court or tribunal for a breach of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth), a designated building law, work health and safety law or competition and consumer law and failed to comply with the decision, direction or order.

Timeframe for Delivery: Works are scheduled to commence in late June 2018.
