District Council of Yankalilla - Yankalilla & Myponga Roads - STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION for Wallman Street, Mary Street, McArthur Street, Yankalilla and Hansen Street and Oval Road, Myponga.

Description: The District Council of Yankalilla invites tenders for the provision of the construction and installation of Stormwater infrastructure, and Pavement Construction for Wallman Street, Mary Street, McArthur Street, Yankalilla; and Hansen Street and Oval Road, Myponga.
This project incorporates the following broad scope of works;
· Construction of new road pavement and sealing of Mary Street, Yankalilla
· Construction of new stormwater infrastructure and re-sealing of Wallman Street and McArthur Street, Yankalilla
· Construction of Kerb and Gutter and re-sealing of Oval Drive, Myponga
· Construction of Cul-de-sac head, kerb and gutter, formalised car parking, stormwater systems and re-sealing of Hansen Street, Myponga.
Council may award this project to two separate tenderers, with the projects being split into Myponga Roads - Hansen Street / Oval Road and Yankalilla Roads - Wallman Street / McArthur Street / Mary Street. Tenders can nominate any savings (monetary / time) to Council should all parts of the services be awarded to one tenderer.
All onsite construction works are to be completed prior to the 30th of April 2019

The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of the Wickham Squash Centre building. The building comprises 3 indoor squash courts, male and female change rooms / toilets, store rooms, upper level landing, bar, balcony and ramp access.
LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

There is a mandatory site inspection that will be held at 10.30am (AWST) on Friday 28 September 2018. Tenderers who do not attend the site inspection will not be eligible to submit a Tender.
ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Tenderlink Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) on Thursday 18 October 2018. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.
When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Tenderlink Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

The City of Kalamunda is seeking to engage a suitable, experienced and qualified civil contractor to undertake the widening of Mundaring Weir Road (Stage 1) from Bahen Road to the City of Kalamunda boundary.
Widening of Mundaring Weir Road (Stage 2) from Fern Road to Bahen Road is optional and it to be priced accordingly (The City reserves the right not to engage a contractor for the optional works).
The work includes, but are not limited to the following:
-Stakeholder and authority liaison.
-Survey and Set out.
-Earthworks
-Stormwater drainage
-Road works
-Traffic management.
-Provision of "As Constructed" plans for submission to the Superintendent.

As part of the Labour Government's election commitment to the electorate, Hay Park (Bunbury) has been allocated funds for various upgrades. A component of this is the provision of sports lighting for
the soccer precinct at Hay Park South; this includes the 2 pitches immediately adjacent to the Hay Park South Multisport Pavilion and the remaining soccer pitches to the south. In addition the City is
seeking to establish an indicative cost (power and lighting) for other identified sporting reserves within Hay Park's Central and Northern precincts.
Hay Park is Bunbury's primary sports precinct, providing sporting facilities for City residents as well as the surrounding region. Hay Park South predominantly provides sporting facilities for soccer and hockey. This project relates specifically to the provision of flood lighting to the precinct's soccer facilities (Hay Park Premier Soccer Pitches and remaining training/junior pitches). Project outcomes will be to light the Premier Pitches that are located adjacent to the Hay Park Multisport Pavilion to standards that meet the requirements of the National Premier League and to facilitate the hosting of elite level matches; provide suitable lighting to the third senior pitch located to the east of the Soccer drome building to a similar standard and the provision of
lighting to training standards for the remaining pitches within the Hay Park South Soccer Precinct.
