-Site establishment and miscellaneous provisions
-Provision and implementation of Traffic Management Plan
-Clearing, grubbing and rehabilitation
-Earthworks including removal of a portion of the existing central island or median of Lee Point Road
-Pavement works
-Spray sealing and asphalting works
-Miscellaneous concreting works including new kerbs and construction of concrete slab protection for existing underground services
-Modification of an existing side entry drainage pit to a grated inlet pit
-Road furniture and traffic control devices consisting of road signs and pavement marking
-Removal of an existing street light and installation of a new streetlight on a new location.
-Alternatively, the contractor can provide temporary streetlighting and relocate the existing (to be provided with a new luminaire) to the proposed new location.
-Lowering of existing underground water/irrigation services and protection of other existing underground services.
NOTE: Tenderers are required to attend a Compulsory Site Visit at 10.00am Tuesday 2 May 2017. Meet at Corner of Lee Point Road and Jabiru Street.
